Who We Are

Ripples of Hope Initiative is a non-profit organization in Uganda, established in 2021 with a mission to empower underserved communities. We provide educational access for children, skills mentorship for youth, and economic opportunities for women. Founded by Eva Mutesi and Eddy Balina, our organization aims to build self-reliant communities by combating poverty and illiteracy exacerbated by the COVID-19 pandemic through community mobilization. Join us in our vision to create communities where every individual can thrive with equal access to education, skills training, and economic empowerment, fostering stronger, more sustainable environments for all.

OUR LEADERSHIP STRUCTURE
Ripples of Hope Initiative [Rohi Uganda] is a registered non-profit organization under the laws of Government of Uganda. Our leadership structure is comprised of 3 levels.

BOARD OF DIRECTORS
They meet quarterly to oversee, direct and make key decisions for the organization. The Board is comprised of 4 Directors ~ Mr. Peter Ogik, Ms. Mebra Baidhukira, Mr. Eddy Balina, Ms. Eva Mutesi.

EXECUTIVE TEAM
These are incharge of implementation and all operation The Team is Comprised of the Executive Director, Operations Director, Head Teacher, Teachers, Field Officers and Support Staff, currently 19 staff.
